Why is treatment sometimes done earlier than the payment?
When a case is urgent and vital, hospitals often proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalisation of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts. That’s why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Gabriella's mother noticed that Gabriella's urine colour was not the normal and it also had a foul smell. The child occasionally cried and showed discomfort when she wanted to pass urine. The child also holds the Right ear and the mother thinks that the Rt ear may be itchy. There is however no discharge from the ears.
Medical history
Gabriella's mother reported that her child had unusually colored urine with a foul odor and was crying alot whenever she was passing urine. Additionally, the child was experiencing itching in the ears and nose. After examination, she was diagnosed with a urinary tract infection and otitis externa—both of which can lead to serious complications if not addressed promptly. The doctor prescribed a 5-day course of antibiotics to treat the infections. Gabriella progressed well. A follow up phone call confirmed that she was now doing well and had healed
Prognosis
If given oral antibiotics the condition will improve
