No one should die because they can’t afford a few hundred dollars. These simple words define our difficult mission. We pursue it with all our hearts and minds. I hope this project will continue long after I’m gone, and I’m putting great effort into making it stable and transparent. If you believe in this cause too – join us on the journey.

We are all born into different circumstances - something we don't choose, but simply inherit. While we can't change the entire world or control the future for everyone, one thing is certain: a single person from one part of the planet can save another thousands of miles away: fast, efficient & transparent.

I'm a certified medical doctor with graduate training in public health and, more recently, business administration. Community health and humanitarian service have always been my passion, and working as Country Manager for Helpster Charity in Nigeria has only deepened it and confirmed something I already believed: healthcare shouldn't depend on what a family can afford. Building a tech-driven charity fund is sometimes a real challenge, since in many ways we're pioneers here. But being on the ground and seeing the results of our team's work firsthand – hundreds of children we've been able to save, not just numbers on paper – makes it all worth it. That's the part of the job I'll never get tired of.

I'm a dedicated medical doctor and public health specialist with a deep passion for advancing health equity. I am driven by the belief that everyone, regardless of their socioeconomic status, deserves access to quality healthcare. My work as the Kenya Country Manager allows me to translate this passion into meaningful action by advocating for children and families who would otherwise be unable to afford essential medical care. While charity is not a substitute for strong health systems, it can bridge critical gaps in access to care, ensuring that financial hardship does not stand between a patient and life-saving treatment. Our work at Helpster Charity does exactly that, restoring hope to those facing otherwise impossible choices, and saving lives.

As a public health worker, I have witnessed many models of care, but few reach the truly vulnerable the way Helpster Charity does. This conviction is why I joined Helpster Charity in August 2025 as County Manager in Bangladesh. In just one year, we have provided life-saving treatment to 1,600 underprivileged children and pregnant mothers. Of all the work I have done, this is among the most worthy - and I am proud to be part of it.

Volunteers

I work for Helpster because I believe that humanity is the greatest religion. As a compassionate person, there is no greater reward than seeing a child or guardian smile after receiving assistance through Helpster. That feeling is truly indescribable. Being a Helpster volunteer gives me the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of vulnerable children and their families. In many ways, I believe God uses us to answer the prayers of parents and children who are in desperate need of help. The smiles, gratitude, and hope we receive in return are pure blessings. That is why I love working for Helpster - it allows me to serve others with compassion and purpose.

Every child deserves a life free from pain. I've seen too many suffer simply because their families couldn't afford care - until Helpster stepped in. Since joining as a volunteer in 2025, I've watched thousands of children receive full treatment and support. I've personally performed surgeries for kids who once suffered in silence - now smiling, healthier, and living normal lives. It's beyond words, and it's only possible thanks to collective compassion.

Md. Habibur Rahman

Volunteer in Bangladesh

The most important reason why I joined Helpster as a volunteer is because, their vision resonates with me. Saving lives matters to me a lot. I can also boldly say I started volunteering with Helpster Charity even before I became an official volunteer. The activities and the organization mode of operations were truly inspiring
