Why is treatment sometimes done earlier than the payment?
When a case is urgent and vital, hospitals often proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalisation of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts. That’s why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Eugene was diagnosed wirh Pneumonia and Gastritis. Pneumonia develops when the defensive mechanisms within the lung become overwhelmed by a pathogen which has been either inhaled or aspirated. It is associated with a high mortality rate and significant morbidity. Severe pneumonia is frequently a multisystem disease and patients will often present with multiple organ failure. Gastritis is an inflammation of the lining of the stomach. The inflammation of gastritis is most often the result of infection with the same bacterium that causes most stomach ulcers or the regular use of certain pain relievers. The condition is associated with the acute pain.

Background
Eugene lives with his single mother and enjoys playing with his dog, football, and fixing wooden cars. He has a fondness for drinking soda and eating cakes and dreams of becoming a mechanic in the future. Recently, Eugene was taken to the hospital with complaints of a cough, difficulty breathing, reduced appetite, and abdominal pain. These symptoms had persisted for three days, and the pain relievers he was given provided little relief, leading to a worsening of his condition and prompting his visit to the hospital.
Medical history
Eugene was diagnosed with pneumonia and gastritis. He was treated in the outpatient department with antibiotics and antihistamines. Eugene spent four hours in the hospital after receiving start doses in emergency room as he was in pain before he was discharged with oral drugs to continue at home. Two weeks later, Eugene was brought for check up which he shows incredible recovery, he was strong and happy again. Parents were very happy and thankful to Helpster Charity for saving their son's life. According to them it was not easy at all.
Prognosis
Pneumonia should be treated with antibiotics. If left untreated, pneumonia may lead to the permanent lung damage, respiratory failure, septicaemia (infection entering blood stream and causing sepsis), pleural effusion (accumulation of fluid in the space between the lung and chest wall, which can make breathing difficult), and other life-threatening complications. Untreated gastritis can lead to erosion of the mucosal lining, increasing the risk of developing ulcers and even gastric bleeding, which poses a serious health risk.
