Background
Master Jamaldeen is a 1 year 6 month old male. The mother of Jamaldeen is not educated. She repairs torn clothes in streets. They live in one room with two of his elder ones. Admission date - 6. May 2023. Treatment date - 6. May 2023. Discharge date - 8. May 2023.
Prognosis
Jamaldeen was presented to our facility with fever 38.0c, cough, catarrh. The patient was diagnosed with malaria, upper respiratory tract infection, sepsis. If not treated, sepsis may soon lead to a fatal condition due to blood poisoning. There is also a threat of lung damage and the inflammation of the various tissues.
