Why is treatment sometimes done earlier than the payment?
When a case is urgent and vital, hospitals often proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalisation of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts. That’s why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
There are 4 member in Thena's family - his mother, his father, and his grandmother. His mother and his father are farmers in rural Kampong Cham province - they grow rice and mangos. His grandmother is a house worker and looks after him. In his free time, he likes to play toys and balloons with his grandmother. He does not yet attend school. Three months ago, he was playing with other kids and accidentally scratched his skin. After healing, the mass appeared and has continued to grow.
Medical history
Tan underwent an excision of a hypertrophic scar on his nose. His post-operation plan is paracetamol 200mg by oral, 3 times a day as needed, wound check in the next 2 days, and remove suture in the next 4 days.
Prognosis
The patient was presented to our facility with a hypertrophic mass on the right side of the nasal bridge. If left untreated, it can cause contractures that may be disabling breathing.
