Junior is a bubbly child who lives with his mom. He goes to school and is still undecided about what he would like to be when he grows up. He enjoys playing with other children and helps with household chores. Sometimes, in his efforts to assist his mother with mopping, he ends up creating a mess with water. Junior has had pain while swallowing for the past few days, which was later followed by fever, joint pains and general body malaise. His mother gave him some medication that was in the house, hoping to relieve his symptoms, but they have worsened over time. As his condition deteriorated, he was rushed to the hospital.

Junior was feeling pain at the neck area while swallowing, pain at the joint and fever,he was assessed and tested and found to have Acute tonsillitis and malaria,he was then put on antibiotics, antimalarials pain medication and observed for 5 days and send home on oral medication
