Why is treatment sometimes done earlier than the payment?
When a case is urgent and vital, hospitals often proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalisation of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts. That’s why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Ekiru lives with his parents and enjoys molding with clay. He can currently mold chairs and small houses and is looking forward to the day he can mold animals out of clay. He likes taking care of his younger siblings, often playing the role of a parent. When he grows up, he aspires to be a farmer like his grandfather. Ekiru was brought to the hospital with complaints of chest pains, pain in the iliac region, and general body malaise. He had fallen from a high tree and injured himself before these symptoms began. He had been treated at a nearby health facility with pain relievers, but two days after taking the medication, he was still in pain. On her way to borrow money from a friend to bring Ekiru to the hospital, his mother came across a Helpster Charity poster and decided to come to this health facility for the free medical care.

Prognosis
Sepsis should be urgently treated with antibiotics, if not treated immediately Jacks tissues would be at risk of being damaged by bacteria which might spread into the brain cells causing brain damage or even death thus urgent treatment is vital to Ekiru. Soft tissue injury subsides after treatment
