Why is treatment sometimes done earlier than the payment?
When a case is urgent and vital, hospitals often proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalisation of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts. That’s why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Thomas lives in the rural areas of Kenya with his parents. He likes watching football games, playing football and farming. He favorite meal is Smokies, crispy potatoes and fried chicken, and he likes it when he is invited for church meetings once in a while where he gets to eat these. He would like to be a doctor in future. Thomas was brought to the hospital by his father. He was complaining of a headache and running nose for the past few weeks. Thomas' father was unable to raise money to take his son to hospital and was elated when he heard about Helpster Charity from a friend. He immediately brought his son to the hospital after he was informed that Helpster Charity assists sick needy children via Good Hope Hospital.
Medical history
Thomas arrived at the hospital complaining of a persistent, throbbing headache that hadn't responded to over-the-counter paracetamol. Alongside the headache, he was battling a productive cough and a runny nose, all signs pointing to something more than just a common cold. To ease his discomfort, he was promptly given stronger analgesics while preparations were made for a full physical examination and necessary lab tests. The results confirmed what the doctors suspected—Thomas was suffering from both pneumonia and sinusitis. Thanks to quick action and appropriate treatment, Thomas responded well and was discharged in stable condition. A follow-up phone call a few days later brought great news: he was feeling much better and had made a full recovery.
Prognosis
Sinusitis should be treated with antibiotics to prevent bacterial infections into the brain and other areas of the body such as respiratory system and warts should be treated with ant viral skin and oral medication to prevent further skin damage and cut off spreading it to other areas of the body or to avoid further spread to close contact. This is because warts are highly contagious therefore treatment should be urgent.
