Why is treatment sometimes done earlier than the payment?
When a case is urgent and vital, hospitals often proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalisation of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts. That’s why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Wells is jovial and likely to play football but also likes watching movies. His favorite movies are investigative movies, and he likes to guess who the culprit is and how the movie will end. Roasted meat is his favorite food. He would like to be a farmer like his grandfather, when he grows up. He was brought to the hospital with complaint of swollen knees, ankle and wrist joints associated with pain in the same joints. He was also having a headache, fever, easy fatigability and chest pain. He has been unwell for 3 months, or so. Wells' mother heard about Helpster Charity from the area Chief (administrative head of the location) and they came to the hospital to seek assistance in treatment.
Medical history
Wells is a lively 12-year-old boy who dreams of becoming a farmer like his grandfather. Wells' energy faded as swollen, painful joints in his knees, ankles, and wrists made it impossible to play. Fever, headaches, chest pain, and exhaustion left him weak and frustrated. His mother grew increasingly worried - until their local chief told them about Helpster Charity. At the hospital, doctors diagnosed acute rheumatic fever, a dangerous condition that, if untreated, could permanently damage his heart valves and joints. Within days, the swelling in his joints began to fade. His fever broke, and for the first time in months, he could move without wincing.
Prognosis
Rheumatic fever is a serious complication infections that should be treated urgently with strong antibiotics and antipyretics. If not treated immediately Well's heart, blood vessels and joints would be at risk of weakening as a result of valves damage. It can also results to death.
