Bathmayo resides in the slums with his parents. He finds joy in playing football, crafting wooden toy cars, and making makeshift balls from old pieces of clothes. His favorite meal consists of cakes and crispy potatoes, and he dreams of becoming a mechanic in the future. Five days ago, Bathmayo fell from a tree, injuring his scrotal region, which subsequently became swollen and painful. Although the pain was initially relieved by analgesics, two days ago, Bathmayo developed excruciating pain during urination and in his abdomen. While he had received treatment for the initial scrotal pain and swelling, which had subsided, the new symptoms of intense pain during urination emerged a few days after the fall and became unbearable.

Five days prior to coming to the hospital, Bathmayo fell from a tree, injuring his scrotal region, which subsequently became swollen and painful. He was diagnosed with a scrotal injury but also had a small hydrocele which was confirmed by ultrasound. Urinalysis done confirmed that he had some infection in his urinary tract. He was put on medication for the scrotal injury and the urinary tract infection, and he responded well to treatment

The infection should be treated immediately, since it may spread onto kidneys, if left untreated. It will also keep causing pain and discomfort if the treatment is not received.
