Why is treatment sometimes done earlier than the payment?
When a case is urgent and vital, hospitals often proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalisation of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts. That’s why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

An inguinal hernia is a condition in which a portion of the intestine or abdominal tissue protrudes through a weakened or torn area in the lower abdominal wall, typically in the groin area. A person with an inguinal hernia typically experiences a noticeable bulge or lump in the groin area. This bulge can be painful or uncomfortable, especially when lifting, coughing, or straining. Some individuals might also feel aching or burning sensations around the hernia. In certain cases, the hernia can lead to symptoms like groin pain, a feeling of heaviness in the lower abdomen, and discomfort.

Background
Tijani is a 12 y.o. orphan who lost his father due to an accident about 3 years ago. Tijani likes playing soccer and memorisation of Quran. The boy is currently, attending Islamic school in their area. Tijani has being having Right scrotal swelling for more than one year, and he attended several hospitals for treatment, but couldn't afford to pay for the medical bills for the surgery due to paucity of fund. Tijani is currently, attending Islamic school in their area. Admission date - 27. May 2023.
Medical history
Tijani, the 13year old boy was admitted and herniorrhaphy surgery was successfully done for the inguinoscrotal hernia. Remark from Tijjani Moh'd Uncle: "Prior presentation to UMD Medical Clinic for Helpster Charity support, the boy was helpless and was taken to herbalist for treatment but proved futile. For the past two months we have being trying to source money unfortunately, nothing to write home about it. A volunteer around our area introduced me to Helpster Charity via UMD clinic for medicare and virtually, my Son was evaluated and a day for surgery was fixed upon approval by Helpster Charity. He is currently doing well and doing his normal activities. I want to thank Helpster Charity most exceedingly, for the kind gesture. Helpster Charity will forever be in my memory. May Almighty God bless the sponsors and staff of Helpster Charity."
Prognosis
If left untreated, inguinal hernias can lead to complications such as bowel obstruction, strangulation (where blood supply to the herniated tissue is cut off), and significant pain or discomfort. Surgery is the most common treatment for inguinal hernias to repair the weakened area and prevent these potential complications.
