Sydney is 9 years old boy who lives in slum houses of Moi's bridge town with his parents; he likes playing hide and seek, help his mother with house chores and playing jump rope games, Sydney loves eating Smokies, crispy potatoes and cakes. He wants to be a teacher when he grows up. Sydney was brought to the hospital accompanied by his mother. He had complaints of coughing, sneezing, chest pains, and on and off chest congestions for the past 2 days. His mother had given him some pain killers but there was no improvement. His mother is a casual laborer and had no money to take him to hospital. On her way to her uncle's shop to request for money to take his son to the hospital, Sydney's mother met her friends who told her about Helpster Charity.

Sydney was brought to the hospital, where she was diagnosed with bronchitis. She received treatment in the outpatient department, including antibiotics, antihistamines, and analgesics. She spent two hours at the hospital, during which she began to feel better, and was then discharged with oral medication to continue her recovery at home. Two weeks later, she returned for a check-up and was found to be responding well to treatment. Sydney has now resumed her normal daily activities without any pain or discomfort. Her guardian was extremely grateful to Helpster Charity for their support and assistance.

Bronchitis should be urgently treated with antibiotics to prevent further spread of bacteria infections into the lungs since it's treatable
