Why is treatment sometimes done earlier than the payment?
When a case is urgent and vital, hospitals often proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalisation of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts. That’s why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Aneth lives in one of the slums with her parents and siblings. She likes cooking, washing dishes and also watching cartoons. She occasionally goes to their neighbour's house to watch television since they do not have one of their own. Her favorite meal is chapati. She also likes drinking yoghurt. She would like to be a doctor when she grows up. Aneth was brought into the hospital with the complaints of joint pain, productive cough, loose stool, abdominal pains, headache and hotness of the body. According to her, the above symptoms started three days ago. She was initially treated at the school dispensary but the school nurse felt that Aneth needed to be reviewed at a higher level health facility. Aneth's mother did not have the money to take Aneth to a higher level health facility as requested, and in the process of borrowing money from her friends and neighbours, one of her neighbours informed her about Helpster Charity.
