Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts. That’s why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Osogbo Central Hospital
Osogbo central Hospital is located at Oke-Baale, adjacent Nawarudeen Grammar School, along Ibokun Road, Osogbo, Osun State.
Background
Adebisi Isaac is a 6-years old nursery 1 pupil, his father is a farmer and is mother is a trader. Family's monthly income is 30000 Naira and is mostly use for family feeding. The family lives in a two rooms with 3 siblings. He was apparently well until when he was 4-years old, when he developed a recurrent fever that occurs every month but the parent can't afford the treatment for the young boy. Upon presentation at our facility during the outreach, he was examined, investigated and diagnosis of Febrile Illness (Febrile Syndrome) was made.
Medical history
A 4year old boy present with recurrent fever, as a result of this the family of low income were unable to treat him as expected. during the helpstar campaign he visited and he was attended to series of investigation were conducted and he was treated place on some intramuscular injections and some oral medication. currently the young boy is fine now saying thank you to helpster
Prognosis
Recurrent fever syndromes (periodic fever syndromes) are a group of disorders that cause recurrent fevers. It causes repeated episodes of fever, mouth sores, sore throat, and swollen lymph nodes. A fever will usually resolve on its own. However, if body temperature rises too high, it may be a symptom of a severe infection that needs medical treatment.
