She was brought to the hospital with complaints of persistent abdominal pains, loss of appetite and a burning sensation at the epigastric region. The symptoms begun a week ago. Her grandmother had given her some anaelgesics but the pain had worsened and they had to look for money to bring her to the hospital. In the process of looking for money, the came across the Helpster Charity posters and came to the hospital since they were sure that despite the fact that they did not have money, their medical bill will be paid for.

She was brought to the hospital with complaints of ongoing abdominal pain, reduced appetite, and a burning sensation in the upper abdomen. The initial symptoms had started about a week earlier. Her mother had initially given her some painkillers, but the discomfort worsened, prompting the family to seek financial support to bring her to the hospital. She was diagnosed with severe gastritis, treated accordingly, and given advice on avoiding factors that could worsen her condition. A follow-up phone call confirmed that she is recovering well.

Severe gastritis should be urgently treated with antibiotics and antihistamines to prevent further spread causing perforation and gastrointestinal bleeding leading to serious complication like anemia.
