Why is treatment sometimes done earlier than the payment?
When a case is urgent and vital, hospitals often proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalisation of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts. That’s why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Koech lives with his parents in one of the slums close to town. He likes playing football with his friends. He still doesn't have a favorite position in the football field. He also likes making wooden car toys. Koech has a sweet tooth and likes drinking vanilla flavored yoghurt and also eating sweets. He would like to be a farmer in future and hopes to own a ranch with several dairy cattle so he can supply all the hotels around him with fresh cow milk. He was brought to the hospital with complaints of difficulty in breathing, headache, chest pain and cough. The symptoms have lasted for 3 days. The chest pain is worse after a persistent cough. The cough is productive and after coughing for some time, he gets difficulty in breathing. His mother is a casual labourer in one of the farms, and her wages are not consistent, at times there is a delay before she is paid. Her uncle informed her about Helpster Charity and she quickly brought Koech to hospital after hearing about the organization that pays medical bills for sick underprivileged children.
Medical history
Koech was brought to the hospital with complaints of difficulty in breathing, headache, chest pain and cough. The symptoms have lasted for 3 days. Koech was diagnosed with severe pneumonia. He was in so much pain which was controlled first and then he was given antibiotics to treat the pneumonia. He progressed well
Prognosis
Pneumonia and sepsis are treatable with strong antibiotics. And it should be treated urgently to prevent Koech from further tissues damage by bacteria leading to brain damage or even death.
