Why is treatment sometimes done earlier than the payment?
When a case is urgent and vital, hospitals often proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalisation of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts. That’s why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Malaria is a disease caused by a parasite. The parasite is spread to humans through the bites of infected mosquitoes. People who have malaria usually feel very sick with a high fever and shaking chills. While the disease is uncommon in temperate climates, malaria is still common in tropical and subtropical countries. Upper respiratory tract infections can be defined as self-limited irritation and swelling of the upper airways with associated cough with no proof of pneumonia, lacking a separate condition to account for the patient symptoms, or with no history of COPD/emphysema/chronic bronchitis

Background
Lilian likes singing and dancing. She looks forward to participating in the Kenya music festivals each year, a series of theatre and music performances inspired by a unifying theme. She aspires to become a teacher when she grows up, to educate and to instill knowledge to the younger ones. She says that her headteacher motivates her a lot. Lilian begun complaining of a headache about 2 days ago. This morning, she complained of loss of appetite and as she prepared to go to school, she begun vomiting. Her mother had heard about Helpster Charity assisting sick needy children at Helmi Jonas Health Centre, and did not hesitate to bring Lilian to the hospital immediately.
Medical history
While in the ward she was given IV Quinine , then Tabs Al. IV X-pen ,IV Gentamycin. She responded well to medications and was discharged.
Prognosis
Left untreated, P. falciparum malaria can progress to severe illness and death within 24 hours. There are 5 Plasmodium parasite species that cause malaria in humans and 2 of these species – P. falciparum and P. vivax – pose the greatest threat Severe complications of Upper respiratory track infections can include respiratory failure when there's too much carbon dioxide in your blood. The infection could also spread to other parts of your body, such as your brain or heart.
