Saul is a grade nine student in a public secondary school. He is disciplined, hardworking, and aspires to become a teacher to support his family financially. In his free time, he enjoys playing football and handball with his friends. Saul's father works as a watchman, and his mother is a housewife. With a modest income, his father strives to provide for their family of seven children, ensuring they have food, shelter, education, and proper clothing. For the past year, Saul has not been in perfect health. He is brought to the hospital almost every month with symptoms of easy fatigability, general body weakness, pale skin, dizziness, and shortness of breath. It was discovered that he is anemic. Thorough lab work has been conducted to determine the cause of his low blood levels. Saul's symptoms suggest chronic anemia, which can be caused by various factors such as nutritional deficiencies, chronic diseases, or genetic conditions. Identifying the underlying cause is crucial for effective treatment and management to improve his health and quality of life.

Saul has been showing Fatigue, Weakness, Pale skin, Cold hands and feet ,Dizziness, and shortness of breath for the past one year and he came to the facility complaining of shortness of breath ,body paleness, sore throat ,headache,diarrhoe,abdominal pain . So he was sent for a laboratory test for HB level,FHG,Kidney function test and Blood slide for malaria and the results were as follows all tests were okay except hemoglobin level that was at low level in the body .Doctors opinion was that Saul had upper respiratory tract infection and anemia. on his discharge Saul was stable and smiling ,he went to his usual activities and this is message from Saul "am grateful to be assisted by Helpster Charity Organization may God bless you".

Treatments for anemia might involve taking supplements or having medical procedures. Eating a healthy diet might prevent some forms of anemia.
