Why is treatment sometimes done earlier than the payment?
When a case is urgent and vital, hospitals often proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalisation of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts. That’s why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Miriam is a hardworking girl, both at school and at home, always ready to assist wherever she can. She dreams of becoming an air hostess in the future. She enjoys eating chapati and drinking juice. Recently, Miriam was brought to the hospital by her mother with complaints of persistent abdominal pains and loss of appetite. These symptoms had lasted for the past four days. Miriam had not sought medical attention earlier because her family did not have the money for a hospital visit; her parents are casual laborers who work on neighborhood farms for daily wages, but they had not been able to find work for the past few weeks. Her headteacher noticed Miriam's condition and informed her parents about Helpster Charity, which enabled them to bring Miriam to the hospital for the necessary medical care.

Prognosis
Untreated gastritis can lead to erosion of the mucosal lining, increasing the risk of developing ulcers and even gastric bleeding, which poses a serious health risk.
