Gilbert is 16 years old boy who lives in the rural areas and comes from a very humble background. He likes going around the homesteads in his neighborhood collecting used plastic materials to sell to get money for their family's daily needs. If given a chance he wants to be a mechanic who will repair big trucks. He dropped out of school since his parents were not able to afford the school fees. Gilbert was brought to the hospital by his guardian. He was complaining of pain at the epigastric region, a burning sensation in his chest and upper part of the abdomen and loose stool. The symptoms begun 6 days ago. He initially assumed that the symptoms will soon subside, but 3 days ago the symptoms worsened and he has been down since then. His guardian, Jane, had heard about Helpster Charity and when he visited Gilbert and found him very ili, she immediately brought her to the hospital.
