When a case is urgent and vital, hospitals often proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalisation of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts. That’s why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Mitchel is a 6 y.o. girl, the second child of four. In their family, only her father works, providing for all six family members. The family struggles to make the ends meet, and thus is unable to pay for the treatment of Mitchel. They live in a remote village, with no access to electricity or canalisation, which, undoubtedly, increases the chances of various infections in children.
Medical history
Mitchel was diagnosed with allergic rhinitis and pneumonia. He was ill-looking and had a cough and a running nose. He has been given medication to take at home and got well.
Prognosis
The patient was presented with a continuous headache, loss of appetite and cough; diagnosed with pneumonia with allergic rhinitis. Child's life will be moderately changed if treatment is initiated early enough so the illness doesn't progress further to severe pneumonia, that may cause lung damage and other complications.
