Flavian Aoko joined high school this year. She enjoys reading novels and has a passion for drawing in her free time. Flavian is inspired by her mother, who works hard selling vegetables in the market to support their family. She admires her mom's dedication and hopes to make her proud through her academic achievements and artistic talents. Flavian has been well until 3 days go when she begun having a sensation of congestion in her chest, associated with difficulty in breathing and a cough. She has also been having crampy lower abdominal pain for the past 2 days and this was associated with her menses. Initially, she thought that the illness was mild and may subside on it's own, but she deteriorated and got worse by the day. Her mother noticed that her condition was worsening and she brought her to the hospital.

Flavian Aoko arrived at the facility with complaints of a gradually developing, intermittent throbbing headache, accompanied by fever alternating with chills and shivering. She also reported general body weakness, severe lower abdominal pain during menstruation, a runny nose, and a non-productive cough associated with chest pain, rapid breathing, and occasional breathing difficulties. After a thorough assessment, she was diagnosed with pneumonia, cystitis, anemia, and dysmenorrhea. Immediate medical attention was necessary, as leaving these conditions untreated could lead to severe complications and a decline in her quality of life. Her treatment plan included Augmentin (an antibiotic) for pneumonia, Buscopan, Tramadol injection, and Ibupar to manage menstrual pain, Byofer for anemia, and Prednisolone to reduce lung inflammation. Some medications were administered via injection, while others were prescribed for oral use at home as tolerated. With proper adherence to the prescribed treatment, her condition is expected to improve significantly, enhancing her overall quality of life.

Pneumonia and Cystitis should be treated with antibiotics. If left untreated, pneumonia may lead to the permanent lung damage, respiratory failure, septicaemia (infection entering blood stream and causing sepsis), pleural effusion (accumulation of fluid in the space between the lung and chest wall, which can make breathing difficult), and other life-threatening complications. On the other hand Cystitis can spread to cause infections in other parts of the urinary system and even pelvic organs that can complicate to cause infertility in some patients. Anemia is treated by giving blood boosters like iron suppliments and increasing dietary intake of foods that are rich in iron like vegetables, fish and fruits Dysmenorrhoea is managed by advising on adequate rest and reducing the pain by giving pain relievers like Hyoscine injection and Ibupar Tablets
