Malaria is a disease caused by a parasite. The parasite is spread to humans through the bites of infected mosquitoes. People who have malaria usually feel very sick with a high fever and shaking chills. While the disease is uncommon in temperate climates, malaria is still common in tropical and subtropical countries. Any of a group of conditions in which the stomach lining is inflamed, causing burning sensation in the upper part of the abdomen.

Background
George is a 17 year old boy who lives with his mother. He would like to be a teacher when he grows up. He has a passion for mentoring young people in future and feels like he will do this well as a teacher. When out of school, he likes to watch football and also play football. A day prior to coming to hospital. George begun complaining of headache, abdominal pain and general body weakness. His mother had heard about Helpster Charity from the church and decided to come to the hospital to find out whether it was possible to have his son assisted since she did not have any money to afford the medical treatment.
Medical history
On admission, George was given IV RL stat,IV Flagy three times a day for five days,IV Quinine , maintenance dose upto the second maintenance dose.IV ceftriaxone twice a day for three days and AL 4 tabs twice a day for three days, PCM Tabs thrice a day for three days George showed signs of recovery and was well as per the doctor's prescription George was later discharged on metronidazolethree times and Activated charcoal. MOTHER APPRECIATES THE HOSPITAL FOR COMING IN DURING THE TRYING MOMENT TO HELP IN TREATING HER CHILD FOR FREE
Prognosis
When left untreated,Malaria can damage the kidneys or liver or cause the spleen to rupture. Any of these conditions can be life-threatening. Malaria may result in not having enough red blood cells for an adequate supply of oxygen to your body's tissues (anemia). Gastritis can lead to peptic ulcers disease and subsequently perforation of the stomach.
