Princess is a happy girl who likes playing hide and seek with her friends and also swinging on the make shift swing chair that a carpenter made for the children in the neighbourhood. She loves drinking yoghurt and eating chapati. Princess would like to be a teacher in future. Princess was brought to the hospital having complains of headache, skin rashes, difficulty in breathing and cough. The symptoms begun 3 days prior to coming to the hospital. The rashes are more like pustules, and some of the pustules have some pus. She was looking quite ill by the time she was brought in the hospital.

On examination she had fine crepitation in her lungs and the other systems were essentially normal. Her skin had a generalized papular rash. Laboratory tests were also done and malaria was ruled out. She was diagnosed with pneumonia and atopic dermatitis and put on oral medication to take as an outpatient. She was brought back to the hospital after 5 days and it was confirmed that she is doing well

Pneumonia and dermatitis should be treated urgently with antibiotics and antifungal cream to prevent further spread of infections, therefore treatment will impact life helping Princess to return to her daily activities without any discomfort.
