Why is treatment sometimes done earlier than the payment?
When a case is urgent and vital, hospitals often proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalisation of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts. That’s why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Riya is a spirited 13-year-old girl whose laughter and energy brighten every room. Living with her loving parents and playful younger sister, she dreams of becoming a professional badminton player. Riya is not only athletic but also a caring daughter and sister, always eager to help at home and share her toys. She treasures visits to relatives with her mother, learning the value of family and kindness. However, Riya faces a significant challenge. She has been suffering from chronic recurrent tonsillitis, which has caused her pain and kept her from fully enjoying her favorite activities. Her mother, the sole breadwinner, works tirelessly to support the family, but the mounting medical expenses for Riya's necessary surgery are overwhelming. In this difficult time, Riya's family is reaching out to Helpster Donors for financial support to cover her operation. With your generosity, Riya can reclaim her joy, return to the badminton court, and continue to dream big, bringing happiness back to her family.
Medical history
"I cannot express enough gratitude to Helpster Charity and Narayanganj Polyclinic for their lifesaving support," said Riya’s doctor, Dr. Mehedi Hasan. "Riya was trapped in a cycle of persistent coughs, sore throats, and difficulty breathing due to enlarged tonsils and adenoids, which led to recurrent infections. Despite multiple rounds of antibiotic therapy, her condition did not improve, necessitating surgical intervention. The adenotonsillectomy was performed under general anesthesia, with meticulous aseptic precautions taken to ensure her safety throughout the procedure. Dr. Hasan skillfully removed both her swollen tonsils and adenoids, alleviating the obstruction causing her breathing difficulties and recurrent infections. The surgery was successful, and Riya experienced a smooth recovery. She is now free from those debilitating symptoms and has happily returned to her normal life. Thanks to your help, this brave girl can now breathe easily and enjoy her childhood again."
Prognosis
The patient frequently suffers from coughs, colds, sore throats, and fevers, and sometimes has difficulty breathing. The patient's swollen tonsils and adenoids are causing significant issues. Without surgery to remove them, known as adenotonsillectomy, the patient risks developing severe respiratory infections that could lead to long-term health complications.
