Background
Faith, a 14-year-old girl, lives with her grandparents and three siblings. She is a Grade 7 student at a nearby junior secondary school and enjoys singing and reading novels. She would like to be a teacher when she grows up Four days ago, while at school, she began experiencing headaches, dizziness, and a runny nose. Her grandfather initially purchased medication from a chemist, but when her condition did not improve, they sought further medical attention. With a referral from a village administrator who provided information about Helpster, she was brought to the hospital where she was assisted.

Faith became ill four days ago while she was at school she was complaining of headache, feeling dizzy and also running nose but her grandfather took the initiative of buying drugs from a chemists but there was no improvement so they brought her to the hospital with referral from a village admin who gave them brief information about Helpster so I helped her to get the service later she was admitted staying in the ward for close observation from our doctors
Prognosis
Faith's condition was treated and if the condition could have not been treated it could have resulted to severe anaemia that increases risk of death.
