Janet would have loved to be a teacher, but since her parents did not have money to cater for basic needs, she had to drop out of school. Her dreams were shattered years ago when she stopped going to school. She is a hardworking girl, and is also very responsible. In her free time, she likes to sing and compose songs. Janet suffers from epilepsy and she out to take medication daily, to prevent her from getting seizures, but at times she does not take the medication because at times her family has to choose between buying food and buying medication. She presented to the hospital with neck pains, and associated dizziness and mild chest pains. The doctors were worried because, having been off medication, she may have had a seizure and fallen. On examination, her neck was tender and there was limitation in range of movement She definitely needed medication for the pain but also medication to avoid getting seizures since she can suffer an attack that can make her fall on a dangerous object. She was also advised against cooking, climbing heights and handling dangerous equipment

Janet was diagnosed with Epilepsy ruling out malaria and had softy tissue injuries ,she was given i.m tramadol and ibuprofen as start to relieve pain later was given antibiotic and antihistamines through phone check up Janet's pain was relieved and she is back on her normal way of life she was also appreciating Helpster charity organization for their help since she was unable to pay for hospital services.

Janet was given painkillers but most importantly given medication to prevent seizures
