Israt is a cheerful 4-year-old girl living in a cramped tin shed with her parents and grandparents in Narayanganj. Israt is suffering from chronic recurrent tonsillitis, and the necessary surgery for her condition is beyond their financial reach, prompting her father to seek help from Helpster Charity in hopes of giving his daughter a chance for a healthier life.

The surgery was successful, and Israt has made a smooth recovery, now free from those debilitating symptoms and happily returning to her normal life."
