Elijah is a 2 years old boy and is the last child of family of 5 is father is a farmer and is Mother is a teacher in a private school. The scrotal swelling was discovered after birth, currently is associated with a history of occasional pain and he has been local herbs and deworming. The family has brought the child to the hospital requesting for surgical help. On examination, the child was diagnosed to have Hydrocele and would require hydrocelectomy on Helpster's approval.

Surgical removal of the hydrocele sac is the most effective and permanent treatment for hydrocele. It is typically performed as an outpatient procedure under local or general anesthesia. The surgeon makes a small incision in the scrotum, drains the fluid, and removes the sac.
