Why is treatment sometimes done earlier than the payment?
When a case is urgent and vital, hospitals often proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalisation of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts. That’s why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

About malaria and enteric fever
Malaria and enteric fever are both infectious diseases found in tropical regions. Malaria is caused by Plasmodium parasites from mosquito bites, leading to fever and fatigue. Enteric fever, caused by Salmonella bacteria, spreads through contaminated food or water and causes fever and abdominal pain.

Background
2 years old Muhammad Haruna lived in Bauchi with his seven siblings, surrounded by laughter and love. He spent his days playing with his elder sister, clinging to his mother, and falling asleep to whispered stories. Life is simple and family moment is always cherished. Muhammad was living a healthy life until he felt feverish on a Monday morning. That resulted in him loosing appetite for the rest of the day. As time goes on, Muhammed regained his appetite but lost weight. Despite being taken to chemist, he kept slimming until he was brought to Albishir Hospital. The child was diagnosed with malaria and enteric fever.
Medical history
Muhammed was treated at Albisbir Hospital for Malaria and Enteric Fever with support from Helpster Charity. He received timely treatment with antimalarials, antibiotics, and fluids. Though his recovery was initially slow, he steadily improved and was discharged in good health with follow-up care advice.
Prognosis
Both malaria and enteric fever have good prognoses with timely treatment. Malaria responds well to antimalarial drugs, but severe cases can be fatal. Enteric fever, treated with antibiotics, usually has a good outcome, though complications can arise without treatment. Early detection is crucial for both diseases.
