Why is treatment sometimes done earlier than the payment?
When a case is urgent and vital, hospitals often proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalisation of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts. That’s why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
This is a five-year-old girl who was born with a mild swelling on her right arm. Over time, the swelling has gradually increased in size and is now accompanied by episodes of intense pain, which at times interferes with her concentration and participation in learning. She is currently enrolled in Pre-Unit in a school close to their home. Her mother, previously a housewife who relied solely on her spouse for support, is now a single parent following a separation. The father left to start a new family, leaving the mother to care for their only daughter on her own. She now earns a living by doing laundry for villagers, and is struggling to provide for her daughter’s education while also managing a challenging medical condition. The child has been taken several times to a local health center, where she was eventually referred to a higher-level facility. Unfortunately, due to financial constraints, they have not been able to pursue the recommended treatment. The deformity has also taken an emotional toll on the child—she feels self-conscious because some of her peers mock her appearance. As a result, she has become more withdrawn and avoids playtime, fearing ridicule. The mother is deeply concerned, as the swelling continues to worsen and the pain is becoming more frequent and severe. After learning about Helpster Charity Organization, she is reaching out to request assistance in seeking medical attention for her daughter, in hopes of restoring her health and confidence.
Medical history
The child was examined and diagnosed with neurofibrosarcoma. A surgical excision of the tumour was performed successfully, and the procedure went on without complications. After careful monitoring and postoperative care, the patient recovered well and remained stable. She was officially discharged on 29th May 2025 in good condition. A follow up phone call confirmed that Praise is now doing well
Prognosis
Mass felt on the forearm on the radial side, mobile, soft , mild tenderness, not adherent to the bone, not pulsatile, ultrasound shows huge forearm lipoma. Prognosis is good, after the surgery has been done
