Nathaniel is a lively young boy living with his parents in Bauchi, Nigeria. He is the first of two children and a primary school student. Though his family is poor, Nathaniel remains cheerful and full of life. He enjoys playing with other children in the neighborhood and dreams of becoming a teacher one day. Raised with love and strong values, Nathaniel is a bright light in his humble home. Nathaniel began feeling very tired with a high fever and stomach pain. He also had chills and started vomiting. His parents took him to a chemist where he was given some drugs. The situation however persisted but the parent could not afford to take him to a hospital until they heard of Helpster Charity. The child was evaluated and diagnosed with Malaria and Enteric Fever.

Nathaniel was treated at Albisbir Hospital for Malaria and Typhoid with support from Helpster Charity. He received a combination of antimalarial and antibiotic medications, along with supportive care. His symptoms gradually subsided, and he made a full recovery.

When a person has both malaria and typhoid at the same time, the illness can be serious but treatable if caught early. With the right medicines and good care, most people recover fully. But if treatment is delayed or not done properly, it can lead to complications like organ damage or even death, especially in children or weak patients. Early diagnosis, hospital care, and completing all medications are very important for a good outcome.
