Rohan is a 7-year-old boy who lives with his parents and brother in a struggling household. Born with a physical abnormality, he has always had difficulty walking, but he has learned to move with his legs bent. Despite his challenges, Rohan's mother dreams of him becoming a doctor one day. However, he is currently suffering from a hydrocele, which has caused one of his testicles to become swollen, red, and painful, leading to frequent crying and discomfort. The family is in dire financial straits; they work in other people's homes just to put food on the table and cannot afford the urgent surgery Rohan needs. Sleepless nights plague his mother as she worries about her son's health and the cost of treatment, which they simply cannot manage. She learned about Helpster Charity from a health worker at RUDO and hopes for support to help her son receive the care he desperately needs.

Following the procedure, Rohan is now feeling well and has returned to his normal life.
