A seventeen (17) year old joyful boy from poor family. He likes watching movies and playing soccer and he have dream of becoming a teacher in the future. His father died when he was 12 years old, he is together with his mother and 5 sisters, he is the only boy in their house and have the ambition of taking care of his mother when he grew up. He was well but 5 years after birth he developed a scrotal swelling, a swelling which was initially small and now is getting bigger causing pain, discomfort and feeling of heaviness. He was presented to our facility and was diagnosed with Hernia. This can be repaired through surgery upon approval of Helpster charity.
