Why is treatment sometimes done earlier than the payment?
When a case is urgent and vital, hospitals often proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalisation of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts. That’s why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Raphael is a 1 y.o. boy who stays in a family of 8. They depend on one person in the family that is grandfather who is a labourer in some people's farm and he is breadwinner usually earns 700 ksh per month. Raphael's mother is a young mother who is still living with her parents. Raphael was brought to the hospital by his maternal grandmother. Raphael's grandmother is proud of her grandson. She was worried when the child fell sick because she did not have any money for treatment, but decided to come to the hospital since she had heard about Helpster Charity.
Medical history
Raphael had a staphylococcal skin disease that was making him have occasional fevers. He was treated as an in-patient and the pustules which were discharging pus had dried up by the time he was leaving the hospital.
Prognosis
The patient was presented to our facility with generalised rashes of the whole body, worse of the cheeks. The patient was diagnosed of Staphylococcal skin infection with tine wapitis. If not treated, it can lead to sepsis.
