Why is treatment sometimes done earlier than the payment?

When a case is urgent and vital, hospitals often proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalisation of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts. That’s why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

About emergency care

Adenotonsillitis is the inflammation of the adenoids and tonsils, often caused by viral or bacterial infections, leading to symptoms such as sore throat, difficulty swallowing, and breathing problems. If left untreated, it can result in complications such as chronic infections, sleep apnea, and impaired growth in children due to disrupted sleep and nutrition. Additionally, recurrent adenotonsillitis may lead to more serious conditions like abscess formation or the spread of infection to surrounding tissues.

Background

Arafat, a bright young boy and the first child in his family, has been suffering from chronic nasal and tonsil problems for a long time, experiencing persistent sore throat and runny nose. Despite ongoing medical visits, Arafat's condition requires surgery that his impoverished family cannot afford. His family is reaching out to compassionate donors for support to give Arafat the chance for a healthier future.
