In certain cases, the hernia can lead to symptoms like groin pain, a feeling of heaviness in the lower abdomen, and discomfort.

Background
Nathan is a seven 7-year-old boy from very poor family living at Shuwari three 3, he is the 6th child from the family of 12, Nathan is playful boy, he has the ambition of becoming Army in the future. Whenever he is playing with his friends, if the saw the swelling in his scrotum, then his friends start laughing to him and makes him angry then sometimes, we start crying and go back to home. His parent noticed swelling around his left scrotum about 9 months back. Currently, the child is stable but sometimes feels pain at the site of swelling. His condition requires surgical intervention so as to avert damage to his health. On presentation, he was evaluated and diagnosed with an Inguinal Hernia.
Medical history
Nathan is a ten year old playful boy from a poor family. He loves to play with his toys and run around with other children. In the future he dreams of becoming a doctor. Nathan healthy until he was two years old. At that age, he developed a swelling of his scrotum, which was small at first, but has now become. He experiences pain and a feeling of heaviness in his scrotum. Nathan was examined and diagnosed with a hydrocele. He underwent successful surgery. and was discharged on 29/7/25.
