Medical history
Rozina was experiencing severe lower abdominal pain and decreased fetal movement, which indicated a need for urgent medical attention. She required a cesarean section to ensure the safety of both her and her baby. The surgery was successfully performed without any complications, and she delivered a healthy girl weighing 3 kg. Prognosis
Rozina is a woman who has been pregnant three times (gravida 3), with two previous pregnancies resulting in two live births (para 2+0). She is currently at 35 weeks of gestation in her third pregnancy. She has a history of one previous lower segment cesarean sections (LSCS), which is important for planning her ongoing care and delivery management. Rozina needs Cesarean Section to avoid such complications as uterine rupture, fetal distress, stillbirth.
