Why is treatment sometimes done earlier than the payment?
When a case is urgent and vital, hospitals often proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalisation of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts. That’s why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Arik Mia, a bright, game-loving boy with a thirst for knowledge, finds his dreams threatened by relentless recurrent adenotonsillitis. His father, a daily wage laborer, already strains every muscle to support Arik's older brother in madrasa and sister in school, leaving no reserves for Arik's urgent adenotonsillectomy. The family, caught in the grip of poverty, watches helplessly as medication fails to quell Arik's chronic sore throats and fevers. Without the vital surgery, Arik's vibrant spirit will be dimmed, forcing him to abandon his beloved studies and games, and trapping him in a cycle of worsening illness that will shatter his aspirations for a better future.

Prognosis
The patient has been suffering from chronic adenotonsillitis for the past five years, with persistent symptoms including sore throat, dysphagia, nasal congestion, and breathing difficulties—particularly during sleep. Due to the prolonged duration and severity of the condition, surgical intervention in the form of adenotonsillectomy is urgently indicated to prevent further complications, such as chronic upper respiratory issues and obstructive sleep apnea. If left untreated, the patient remains at risk for recurrent otitis media, systemic infections, and other health consequences that may significantly impact overall well-being.
