Why is treatment sometimes done earlier than the payment?
When a case is urgent and vital, hospitals often proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalisation of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts. That’s why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
A 15 years old boy with poor history of family background was presented to our health facility with the complaints of localised Severe right iliac fossa pain associated with fever and vomiting which started about one week a ago.Prior presentation,he has being feeling pain lower abdominal pain and fever but ignored the symptoms after taking pain different pain killers until now,the symptoms persist and the pain exacerbated hence rushed to Helpster at UMD Medical Clinic for treatment. The surgery has been done due to urgency on July 23, 2023. He is admitted for evaluation and treatment.
Medical history
Mohammed was admitted to the hospital with Ruptured Appendix, and had surgery on 15th July, 2023. Emergency Laparatomy was performed successfully, the patient had his post-operation treatment and was discharged home on 23rd July, 2023. Remark from Mohammed's mother: "I sincerely wish to convey my gratitude to Helpster Charity for identifying with my family thus providing free surgery to my son who has been battling with abdominal pain, swelling and vomiting. Finally, he was diagnosed and operated in UMD Medical Clinic with the effort of Helpster charity."
Prognosis
Urgent surgery is needed with good prognosis. If not treated will lead to death
