Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts. That’s why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Ibrahim Ahmadu is 9 year old boy who have passion of playing football and wanted to become a soldier when grown up to safe his country from terrorism. Ibrahim began experiencing progressively worsening abdominal pain. The pain was initially described by his parents as periumbilical and later localized to the right lower quadrant The character of the pain evolved from initial pain, intermittent and crampy to constant and sharp. Associated symptoms included nausea, vomiting (initially non-bilious, later bilious), and decreased appetite. His parents also reported associated symptoms of a low-grade fever at home, though afebrile on initial examination. On presentation at our facility, he was evaluated and diagnosed with Acute Appendicitis which required urgent Laparoscopic surgery.
Medical history
Ibrahim have lost his appendix, but he had gained a new appreciation for his health and a quiet strength he hadn't known he possessed. And as he ran across the field, feeling the wind in his hair, he knew he was more than just a 14-year-old boy; he was a survivor, ready to take on whatever came next.
Prognosis
After an appendectomy, most people recover fully and do not experience long-term problems. The recovery period depends on the type of surgery performed, but it usually involves limiting physical activity for a few days to a couple of weeks.
