Why is treatment sometimes done earlier than the payment?
When a case is urgent and vital, hospitals often proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalisation of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts. That’s why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Kimtai is the fifth-born in a family of seven. His father works as a casual laborer, earning less than 300 shillings a day, which helps the family afford two meals daily. His mother is a housewife. The family lives in a small, muddy two-room house and shares a pit latrine with neighbors and passersby. They fetch water from a stream that is over 30 minutes away on foot. At birth, baby Kimtai experienced breathing difficulties, fluctuating body temperature, and problems with suckling. After receiving medical treatment, his breathing, feeding, and temperature have now stabilized.
Medical history
Kimtai's condition was managed by doctors, having difficulty on breastfeeding and breathing after treatment he is now breastfeeding and breathing without and difficulties and happy smiling with her mother.
Prognosis
Prognosis is good. Kimtai's condition was managed as soon as it noticed by health personnel with a lot of care, if the condition could have not been managed quickly it could have resulted to the complications like respiratory distress, hearing loss, developmental delays, meningitis, and even death if not treated promptly.
