Why is treatment sometimes done earlier than the payment?
When a case is urgent and vital, hospitals often proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalisation of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts. That’s why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

About rti and malaria
Malaria is a life-threatening disease caused by parasites transmitted through the bite of infected mosquitoes. It commonly leads to symptoms like fever, chills, sweating, headaches, and body pains. Respiratory Tract Infection (RTI) refers to infections affecting the airways, such as the throat, windpipe, or lungs. It often causes coughing, chest pain, shortness of breath, and sometimes fever.

Background
Abraham is 18 years old living with his parent in Bauchi State. He is about to graduate from high school with hopes of furthering his academic education in the higher institution. He is the 1st child among 4 children and aspires to be a professional football someday. Abraham suddenly began to feel unusually tired and weak. He developed a high fever, chills, and complained of constant headaches and body pains. A day later, he started coughing persistently, with chest pain and shortness of breath. Breathing became difficult, and he could no longer sleep well at night. Worried, his family took him to the hospital for help. On presentation at our hospital, Abraham is evaluated and diagnosed with Respiratory tract infections and Malaria.
Medical history
Abraham was feeling very sick, with high fever, body pains, and difficulty breathing. His family couldn’t afford treatment, but a kind neighbor told them about Helpster. At the clinic, he was seen by a medical team and given all his treatment for free. After a few days, he began to feel much better. Grateful and smiling, Abraham said, “Thank you, Helpster, for saving my life. I’ll never forget this.”
Prognosis
With early diagnosis and proper treatment, both malaria and respiratory tract infections (RTIs) in young people usually have a good prognosis. Most recover fully with medications, rest, and supportive care. However, delayed treatment can lead to serious complications.
