Why is treatment sometimes done earlier than the payment?
When a case is urgent and vital, hospitals often proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalisation of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts. That’s why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

About bilharzia, uri and malari
Bilharzia (Schistosomiasis) is a parasitic worm infection acquired from contaminated freshwater, often causing urinary or intestinal problems like bloody urine/stool, abdominal pain, and skin rash. URI (Upper Respiratory Infection) is a common viral infection affecting the nose, throat, and sinuses, typically causing symptoms like runny nose, sore throat, cough, and mild fever. Malaria is a serious parasitic disease transmitted by mosquitoes, characterized by recurring cycles of high fever, chills, sweating, headache, and body aches.

Background
Hamza Sulaiman is a 14year old boy living with his parent in Bauchi, Nigeria. He is currently a student at a government school. With a keen interest in science and a compassionate heart, Hamza harbors a strong ambition to become a doctor someday, a dream he is diligently working towards through his studies. Hamza suffered frequent painful urination with blood, followed by shaking chills, high fevers, a throbbing headache, and widespread body aches. His stomach hurt, he felt nauseous, and an itchy rash appeared on his legs. Despite getting drugs at the chemist, his pains persisted until Helpster Charity helped him. On presentation at our hospital, he was evaluated and diagnosed with Malaria, Upper Respiratory Tract Infection, and Bilharzia.
Medical history
Hamza a boy of 14 years was at Albishir hospital through the support of Helpster Charity, he had symptoms of malaria and generall body pain. He was diagnosed with Malaria, Bilharzia and Urinary tract infection. Antimalarial drugs, treatment for UTI and Bilharzia were prescribed and served accordingly. Soon, his body temperature was becoming normal and response to treatment was achieved. After some days Hamza was fully recovered and discharged respectively.
Prognosis
Hamza's Grave Prognosis faces grave prognosis due to a simultaneous diagnosis of Bilharzia, Urinary Tract Infection (URI), and Malaria. Without immediate, comprehensive medical treatment, the combined burden risks severe organ damage, overwhelming systemic complications, and likely, a fatal outcome.
