Why is treatment sometimes done earlier than the payment?
When a case is urgent and vital, hospitals often proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalisation of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts. That’s why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

About gynecology
Breech presentation is a condition where the baby is positioned in the uterus with its pelvis or feet facing downward instead of the head, which is the normal position for delivery. If not treated or managed properly, it can lead to complications such as birth trauma, cord prolapse, asphyxia, or even stillbirth during delivery.

Background
Mst Parvin is a positive, active woman who lives with her 12-year-old daughter and her husband. Mst Parvin is 29 weeks pregnant and needs a cesarean section to ensure a safe delivery. She lives in a tin shed house with her family and faces many hardships. Her husband, Hafijur Rahman, a 43-year-old day laborer, earns only 7000 Taka per month, which is not enough to cover the costs of her treatment. The family is very worried because if she cannot undergo the necessary surgery, she is at risk of dangerous complications such as obstructed labor, fetal distress, or even maternal and fetal death. They learned about Helpster from Nurse Kulsum and are now seeking help from Helpster Donors so Khusi can have the safe delivery she needs.
Medical history
Mst Parvin required an urgent cesarean section due to her breech presentation and concerning symptoms. The surgical procedure was performed promptly and successfully without any complications. A healthy baby was born, and both mother and infant are now feeling well and stable. The family is deeply grateful to the hospital and Helpster Charity for their timely and compassionate care.
Prognosis
Mst Parvin requires an urgent cesarean section due to her breech presentation and complaints including abdominal pain, high blood pressure, and dizziness. If she does not undergo a cesarean section promptly, she faces life-threatening risks including eclampsia, severe bleeding, organ failure, and potential maternal and fetal death.
