Why is treatment sometimes done earlier than the payment?
When a case is urgent and vital, hospitals often proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalisation of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts. That’s why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

About emergency care
Adenotonsillitis is an inflammation of the adenoids and tonsils, often caused by viral or bacterial infections. This condition can lead to a range of symptoms, including sore throat, difficulty swallowing, nasal congestion, and breathing problems, particularly during sleep. If left untreated, adenotonsillitis can result in serious complications such as chronic respiratory issues, sleep apnea, recurrent ear infections, and the potential for abscess formation. In severe cases, it may also lead to systemic infections that can affect other parts of the body, highlighting the importance of timely diagnosis and treatment.

Background
Md. Anand is a bright and determined little boy who dreams of becoming a doctor one day, but his family struggles to survive. Now Anand is suffering from recurrent adenotonsillitis disease that has not improved with medicines, and doctors have advised urgent surgery. Prognosis
The patient has been suffering from chronic adenotonsillitis for the past five years, experiencing persistent symptoms such as sore throat, difficulty swallowing, nasal congestion, and breathing problems, particularly during sleep. Given the duration and severity of the condition, surgery is urgently recommended to remove the adenoids and tonsils in order to prevent further complications, including chronic respiratory issues and sleep apnea. If left untreated, the patient is at risk of developing serious consequences, such as recurrent ear infections and systemic infections that could impact overall health.
