With a monthly income of only 11,000 Taka, the family struggles to meet their basic needs, leaving them unable to afford the necessary medical treatment for Rubina. She requires an operative management (LUCS) to ensure the safety of both herself and their unborn child. If left untreated, Rubina could face serious complications such as uterine rupture or severe hemorrhage, endangering both her health and the baby's well-being. On October 24, 2025, at 4:00 PM, the patient was admitted to our hospital. She had been experiencing Spontaneous Rupture of Membrane (SROM) and continuous leaking of amniotic fluid for an entire day, along with reduced fetal movement. Following an ultrasound, it was discovered that the level of amniotic fluid was critically low and the unborn baby was in **Fetal Distress**, making a vaginal delivery extremely high-risk. Considering the situation, an emergency **Cesarean Section (C-Section)** was promptly performed. The surgery was successful, resulting in the birth of a healthy and beautiful baby boy. Thanks to the timely intervention, the infant is currently safe and sound. However, on the morning of October 25, 2025, complications arose as the mother’s oxygen levels began to drop(Severe Respiratory Distress). For advanced treatment, doctors quickly transferred her to Barishal Sher-e-Bangla Medical College Hospital at 11:30 AM on the same day. Later, when we visited Rubina Begum's home on November 12, 2025, for a follow-up, we learned the heartbreaking news that she had passed away on October 30, 2025, while undergoing treatment at Sher-e-Bangla Medical College Hospital (*Inna lillahi wa inna ilayhi raji'un*). She was 27 years old at the time of her death. Upon receiving this news, the **'Helpster Charity'** and **'Shaheda Gafur Ibrahim General Hospital'** families express their deepest condolences to the bereaved family and pray for the forgiveness and eternal peace of the departed soul.
