Ethan N., 3

Ethan is a 3-year-old boy born in Dandora Slum, Nairobi. He is the fourth child in a family of six and lives with his single mother, who earns a living by offering laundry services in the neighborhood. Ethan enjoys playing football with his friends nearby. On May 30, 2025, Ethan was brought to the facility as an outpatient with complaints of difficulty breathing and persistent snoring that had lasted for two years. He has a history of multiple treatments for recurrent tonsillitis and adenoid hypertrophy. After evaluation, he was diagnosed with grade 4 recurrent tonsillitis. He has been scheduled for an adeno-tonsillectomy

Ethan was brought at Uzima Uhai on 30/5/2025 as an outpatient with complains of difficulty in breathing and snoring for the last two years. He had been treated several times for recurrent tonsillitis. A diagnosis of recurrent tonsillitis grade 4 was made. He underwent Adenotonsillectomy surgery which was successfull. He is now doing well.
