A 14 years old child of a commercial taxi driver was presented to this facility on account of pain around her abdomen. He loves watching movies, reading and dream to become an artist in the future. He has been experiencing right iliac fossa pain, fever and vomiting but pain subsided after taking some medication in other facility 5days ago however, yesterday evening she started feeling pain again. Early hours of Tuesday morning, he was brought into our facility with right iliac fossa pain, fever and vomiting. On presentation at our hospital, he was evaluated and diagnosed with Acute Appendicitis.

Usman musa,was brought to this facility with the complaints of progressive abdominal swelling and pain,vomiting, diarrhea and preceding history of fever for the period of 5 days.Patient was subjected to preliminary investigations and was diagnosed of Acute Abdomen ? cause. He was admitted for emergency surgery.Inta operative findings shows multiple typhoid perforations at the ileum about 15cm from ileocaecal junction.Patient underwent a successful surgery and was discharged on 28/6/25. Patient is now stable and feeling much better.
