Why is treatment sometimes done earlier than the payment?
When a case is urgent and vital, hospitals often proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalisation of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts. That’s why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Sharleen is a 2yr old child. She likes playing with the neighbours' children. The neighbours' children are abit older than her and like skipping rope and playing games that Sharleen can still not play, but they love her too and allow her to learn how to play along. She had started holding her ears frequently a week ago but the mother did not know what was wrong, until some discharge begun getting out of the ear and the child developed hotness of body. The mother was so worried that her child may become deaf because she did not have money to treat the child, but someone told her about Helpster Charity and she came for the assistance.
Medical history
The patient had discharge of pus from both ears, loss of appetite, hotness of the body. After physical examination and some laboratory tests the patient was diagnosed of Otitis Media.The medication did Sharleen well. The discharge from the ear ended. Sharleen's mother was excited because her child can still hear and she was stable after treatment. Her mother was happy to learn that Helpster Charity will be able help them in settling her bills medical bills.
Prognosis
Otitis causes drainage of fluid from the ear and may lead to hearing loss, if left untreated.
